Samantha requested this last night for dinner. I haven't made it in a while, but I really do like it. We never eat peas so it's something a little different.
2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen peas, thawed
½ c. diced cheddar cheese
½ c. diced mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Combine peas, cheeses, onion, mayo, salt and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with bacon.
