I know, this has a semi-homemade feel to it. I hang my head in shame. But, Samantha really liked it. I have to brown it in the frying pan and then finish it in the oven because otherwise I burn things. Seriously though, it was really fast and easy to make and was good. You should definitely try it.
1 pkg. corn bread/muffin mix
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
milk
chicken breast
vegetable oil
Combine corn bread mix and ranch mix in a plastic bag. Dip chicken in milk and then shake in bag to coat. Fry in oil over medium high heat until brown and then finish in oven if needed.
