This is really good with Devils' food cake, but I prefer yellow cake.
1 yellow cake mix, prepared according to package directions
1/2 c. chocolate milk mixed with chocolate syrup
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding, prepared
1 container cool whip
1 pkg. toffee bits
Cut cake into bite size pieces. Arrange half in a glass bowl and drizzle with 1/4 c. chocolate milk. Spread half the pudding on top, followed by half the cool whip and half the toffee bits. Repeat layers.
